Tiredness is a simple sign when your body is asking you to slow down. Physical tireless is pretty easy to tackle. You may take rest and eat well to gain more energy. But mental tiredness is something which we barely take care off. We tend to ignore the mental tiredness and we consider that; we will be fine.

Today in this blog post, we are going to discuss top 5 major reasons of your tiredness. Hopefully, you will get some direction to deal with your tiredness.
- We all love to consume coffee in the morning. Some prefer to take it without breakfast, whereas some prefer to take coffee before breakfast. But too much of caffeine can actually get you tired. Caffeine creates cloudy mind and too much of caffeine consumption can spike your sugar levels. This is how caffeine gets you tired, and you barely notice it.
- Drinking less water, can surely get you fatigued. We must consume 3-4 litres of clean water everyday, irrespective of the season. If you still don’t drink enough water, then you can start with warm water. Warm water generally makes us thirsty, hence you develop the habit of drinking more water than you usually consume. 70% of our body cells and muscles require water alone with oxygen.

- Skipping any of your daily diet could be another sign of fatigue. When you skip diet, your body loses the necessary nutrients and ask for more. A friend of mine spent a few days at the hospital because his blood pressure tanked down due to skipping diets. He gets exhausted frequently and cannot concentrate much at his work. These are classic examples of tiredness, where body and mind are equally connected.
- Lack of iron and vitamin B complex in your body can also make you exhausted. A simple blood test can give you ample information about your body internally. One must get their blood tests done once a year. I (35 years old) go for blood tests and full body checkup once in every 10 months; and the same goes with my dad (72 years old). You can include iron rich or vitamin supplements in your diet with a physician’s prescription, if required.
- We all are part of this on the globe. Stress causes physical and mental exhaustion pretty quickly. Take frequent breaks from your work and give rest to your body and mind. You can do:
A. Deep breathing
B. Walk in the garden
C. Interact with family and friends
D. Go for vacations when you are mentally saturated
E. Meditation
F. Exercises

The above-mentioned reasons can be cured if you are taking a balanced diet. Take enough of lentils, nuts, seeds and plant-based milk in your daily diet. Take some fruits and get enough juices to ignore dehydration. Listen to your mind when it’s asking or a break. Tiredness won’t go away until you take the necessary actions to protect your body and mind.
