My 5 Favourite Vegan Lifestyle Podcasts

With the inception of podcasts, accessing information became easier for people. Easy access of the information widens your knowledge and vision about the domain. Nowadays, podcasts also became a wonderful education platform for the teenagers and youngsters. Listening to the podcasts daily also make you a better listener. When you listen to it, you focus completely on the topic of podcast and that increases your concentration too. One can mentally relax and can learn at the same time. So today, I’m mentioning here my 5 favourite vegan podcasts which I follow quite often and learn simultaneously.

I found Horstmann on Apple Podcast in 2020 and then I started following him on Instagram too. In 2020, COVID19 lockdown came into my life as a blessing in disguise when I learnt so much about vegan diet, vegan lifestyle, global warming, protection of the planet and so on. He also talks about his vegan journey and how he gained ultimate fitness for himself by eating only plant-based food. Plant Based News is an ultimate website for all the plant based information coming from all around the world. Later, Robbie Lockie came up with the podcast where he invites vegan and plant-based experts to share their experience and tips for a healthy lifestyle. From being the best selling authors to successful podcasters, Masa and Michael Ofei came a long way and explored quite widely. They focus on minimalism lifestyle through their podcast and explain how it changed their life for better.
